LTLOF CAREGIVER WORKSHOPS

Emotional, Physical and Practical Support

Caregivers are encouraged to attend Leave The Light On Foundation's support workshops where current and former caregivers gather for emotional support, practical help and healthy living practices
like exercise, yoga, nutritious food and more.
Workshops also focus on helping caregivers with issues like elder abuse, financial planning,
"Ask the Social Worker" and more.
It is a place to "breathe" and "be heard".
